A jobsite QR code opens the public project portal — no account required. Workers get quick access to the latest published documents and photos, so they spend less time searching for the current set.
From the same portal, workers can report issues with photos and complete enabled public forms. Active notices and read-only public RFIs can be surfaced. Closeout can reuse the same QR.

Project financials, without pretending to be accounting software
Create estimates and proposals, send a customer estimate link for acceptance, and carry contracts and a Schedule of Values into invoices. Record payments your office already collected, then watch accounts receivable, aging, and financial dashboards.
Customers can view and print an invoice from a shareable invoice portal. SkyViax does not collect job payments online.
Project billing is included on Business — and during the 14-day trial. It is not included on Starter or Professional.
