This Privacy Policy describes how SkyPoint Project Solutions collects and uses information through SkyViax.
Account holders. We collect name, email, company information, and billing details necessary to operate your account and process payments through Stripe. We never sell this information.
Public jobsite (QR) visitors. We do not require anyone scanning a project QR code to provide a name, email, phone number, or account. We record minimal anonymous analytics — that a project page was opened, a document was viewed or downloaded — without collecting personal information about who did so.
Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on public jobsite pages.
Data retention. If a subscription is canceled, data is retained for a period to allow reactivation before becoming eligible for deletion.
