These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SkyViax, a product of SkyPoint Project Solutions ("SkyPoint," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Your data. You own the project information, documents, and photos you upload. SkyPoint provides software, storage, and access tools — we do not use your project documents for any purpose other than operating the service for you.
Public portals. Documents and photos you mark "Public" are accessible to anyone with the project's QR code or link, without an account. You are responsible for what you mark public.
Subscriptions. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Termination. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or serious billing problems. We will not delete your data without a retention period and, where practical, notice.
